We recognize that organizations have different needs, resources, and priorities. That's why we've designed a partnership that makes professional counseling accessible without requiring a substantial upfront financial commitment.

Partnership Highlights

• Up to Six Counseling Sessions Annually: Eligible employees may receive up to six confidential individual counseling sessions per year at no out-of-pocket cost for covered services.

• Optional Family Coverage: Organizations may extend benefits to eligible spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children.

• Flexible, Cost-Effective Pricing: Organizations benefit from competitive contracted counseling rates, with no annual membership fees, upfront financial commitments, or charges for unused sessions. Employers pay only for completed counseling sessions.

• Convenient Billing Options: Employers may securely maintain a designated company card on file or receive monthly invoices.

• Accessible Counseling Services: Counseling is available in person at our downtown Noblesville office or virtually throughout Indiana and Florida, subject to clinician availability and applicable licensing requirements.

• Confidentiality & Privacy: Employees and eligible family members connect directly with Mosaic. Clinical information remains confidential, with disclosures limited to those appropriately authorized by the client or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
