Mosaic Counseling Services is currently seeking a part-time licensed or license-eligible clinician to join our growing team, with the opportunity for the role to expand into a full-time W2 position.

This position is based in our downtown Noblesville location and is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about relational work, values a collaborative team environment, and is interested in deepening their clinical skills.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a clinician who:

• Has experience with or a strong interest in attachment-based and systemic treatment approaches

• Desires to learn and/or has experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, and/or IFS-Informed EMDR

• Is passionate about working with couples and supporting relational healing

• Preference will be for candidates who have at least two evenings per week available

• Is motivated, growth-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care
