About Us:

Mosaic Counseling Services is a longstanding provider of mental health services in the Central Indiana area (Noblesville and online), dedicated to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care. We are desiring to broaden our services, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. We are in the initial stages of creating this position and intend to design this position based on the candidate that is the best fit.

Position Summary:

The PMHNP will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment to a diverse patient population. They will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality and integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Provide client education on mental health conditions and treatments

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR

• Collaborate, as needed, with other healthcare providers to coordinate care

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program

• Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• Current Indiana RN and APRN licensure in good standing

• DEA license with authorization to prescribe controlled substances

• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient psychiatric settings preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to providing culturally competent, trauma-informed care
