Mosaic Counseling Services offers a variety of therapy services designed to support individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges and moving toward healing and connection.

Individual Counseling
We provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Therapy is tailored to each person, helping you better understand yourself, process past experiences, and develop healthier patterns.

Couples Counseling
Our couples therapy focuses on strengthening connection, improving communication, and addressing relational distress. Using approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we help partners rebuild trust, deepen emotional bonds, and navigate conflict more effectively.

Trauma Therapy
We specialize in trauma-informed care, utilizing evidence-based approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and IFS-Informed EMDR. This work helps individuals process unresolved experiences, reduce distress, and move toward greater internal peace.

Family & Relational Counseling
We support families in improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening relationships. Therapy often explores attachment patterns and relational dynamics to foster healthier, more connected family systems.

Therapy Modalities & Specializations
Our clinicians are trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Attachment-based and neuroscience-informed care

At Mosaic Counseling Services, therapy rates vary depending on the clinician’s level of training, experience, and licensure. Standard sessions are approximately 50 minutes, with additional time set aside by your clinician for preparation, coordination of care, and thoughtful follow-up.

Our Rates
Our session fees currently range from $30 to $250 per session, depending on the clinician you choose:

  • Graduate Counseling Interns: starting at $30 per session
  • Associate Licensed & Post-Graduate Clinicians: starting at $125 per session
  • Licensed Clinicians: starting at $175 per session

A Thoughtful Approach to Care
We understand that choosing to invest in therapy is both a financial and personal decision. At Mosaic, our focus is on providing high-quality, relationally driven care that goes beyond the session itself. Our clinicians are trained in specialized, evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR, allowing us to support meaningful and lasting change.

Each therapist brings a unique depth of training and experience, which is reflected in their rate. Whether you choose to work with a seasoned clinician or a supervised intern, our goal is the same: to offer a space that is thoughtful, personalized, and centered on your growth and healing.

Insurance
Mosaic Counseling Services is out-of-network with all insurance providers. However, we are happy to provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

If you have questions about rates or would like help finding a clinician who fits your needs, we’re here to help.

An EMDR Intensive at Mosaic Counseling Services is a focused, extended therapy experience designed to support deeper healing in a shorter period of time.

Rather than meeting for traditional weekly sessions, EMDR Intensives offer longer blocks of time over one or multiple days, allowing you to fully engage the therapeutic process without feeling rushed.

How It Works
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and resolve distressing or traumatic experiences. In an intensive format, this process is given more time and continuity, which can lead to deeper and more efficient progress.

Why Choose an Intensive?
EMDR Intensives are designed to:

  • Provide more focused and uninterrupted time for healing
  • Help clients process more material in a shorter period
  • Support quicker symptom relief compared to traditional weekly sessions
  • Create space for preparation, processing, and integration all within the same experience

A Personalized and Supportive Experience
At Mosaic, EMDR Intensives are tailored to your unique needs and paced with care. The process often begins with building safety and stability before moving into deeper work, ensuring that your nervous system feels supported throughout.

In short: An EMDR Intensive offers a more immersive and intentional approach to therapy, helping you move through stuck experiences and toward healing with greater depth, focus, and support.

An Emotionally Focused (EFT) Couples Intensive at Mosaic Counseling Services is a focused, extended therapy experience designed to help couples rebuild connection, trust, and emotional closeness in a shorter period of time.

Rather than attending weekly sessions, couples participate in a 1-day or 2-day intensive, offering approximately 6 to 12 hours of dedicated therapy time to focus deeply on their relationship without interruption.

How It Works
EFT is an evidence-based approach that helps couples move beneath surface conflict and understand the deeper emotional and attachment needs driving their patterns. In an intensive format, this work is given the time and space needed to create meaningful shifts more quickly.

What to Expect
EFT Couples Intensives are designed to help you:

  • Identify and step out of repeating negative interaction patterns
  • Better understand each partner’s attachment needs and emotional experiences
  • Develop new ways of relating that foster safety, trust, and connection
  • Begin rebuilding intimacy, communication, and emotional closeness

Who Is It For?
This experience is often a good fit for couples who:

  • Feel stuck in ongoing conflict or disconnection
  • Are in distress but both want to work on the relationship
  • Have busy schedules that make weekly therapy difficult
  • Want to gain meaningful traction in a shorter period of time

In short: An EFT Couples Intensive provides a dedicated space to slow down, understand one another more deeply, and begin creating a more secure and connected relationship—often jumpstarting progress that can continue in ongoing therapy.

Discernment Counseling is a short-term, structured form of couples therapy designed for partners who are uncertain about the future of their relationship—especially when one person is “leaning in” and the other is “leaning out.”

Rather than focusing on immediately fixing the relationship, Discernment Counseling helps couples gain clarity and confidence about what direction to take next.

How It Works
This process typically takes place over 1–5 sessions, each about 90 minutes. During that time, you’ll meet both together and individually with your therapist to:

  • Understand how the relationship reached this point
  • Explore each partner’s role in current patterns
  • Clarify feelings, hopes, and concerns
  • Consider what meaningful change would require

The Goal: Clarity, Not Pressure
By the end of the process, couples choose one of three paths:

  • Stay in the relationship as it is for now
  • Move toward separation or divorce
  • Commit to a focused period of couples therapy to rebuild the relationship

Discernment Counseling is not about forcing a decision or assigning blame. Instead, it offers a calm, supportive space to thoughtfully consider one of life’s most important relationship decisions.

Who It’s For
Discernment Counseling is especially helpful for couples who:

  • Feel stuck or uncertain about staying together
  • Have different levels of commitment to the relationship
  • Want to make a careful, intentional decision before moving forward

In short: Discernment Counseling helps couples move out of confusion and into clarity—so they can decide their next step with greater confidence, understanding, and respect for one another.

An IFS-Informed EMDR Intensive at Mosaic Counseling Services is a focused, extended therapy experience designed to support deeper trauma healing within a more concentrated period of time.

Rather than traditional weekly sessions, intensives offer longer blocks of therapy time over one or multiple days, allowing you to engage the healing process more fully without feeling rushed.

How It Works
This approach integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with Internal Family Systems (IFS). Therapy begins by building safety and stabilization, helping you develop trust with protective parts and ensuring your nervous system feels supported. From that foundation, EMDR is used to gently reprocess distressing or traumatic experiences while staying connected to your internal system and sense of Self.

Why Choose an Intensive?
IFS-Informed EMDR Intensives are designed to:

  • Provide extended, uninterrupted time for healing
  • Support deeper processing and integration
  • Help address complex trauma, long-standing patterns, or “stuck” memories
  • Create meaningful progress in a shorter timeframe than weekly therapy

A Personalized, Compassionate Experience
Each intensive is collaborative, thoughtfully paced, and tailored to your unique needs. The process honors both your internal parts and your body, allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels safe, grounded, and sustainable.

In short: An IFS-Informed EMDR Intensive offers a deeper, more immersive path to healing—helping you move through trauma and long-standing patterns with greater focus, care, and lasting impact.

At Mosaic Counseling Services, the approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relationship-centered, and focused on helping you move toward healing, connection, and wholeness.

Rather than viewing people as “broken” or defined by a diagnosis, Mosaic takes a wellness-centered perspective—seeing individuals as “stuck,” not sick. This approach reduces stigma and creates space for growth, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

A Compassionate, Relational Approach
Therapy at Mosaic is grounded in connection, compassion, and collaboration. You are met with empathy and respect, and the process is designed to be a safe space where you can explore your experiences and feel fully seen.

Rooted in Science and Proven Methods
Mosaic integrates evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with insights from neuroscience and attachment theory. These approaches help clients better understand their experiences and create lasting change.

Making Sense of Your Story
A central goal of therapy at Mosaic is to help you make sense of the “pieces” of your life—including past experiences, relationships, and challenges—so you can find meaning, healing, and integration.

Empowering Growth and Healing
Ultimately, Mosaic’s approach is about helping you:

  • Develop greater self-compassion
  • Heal from past wounds
  • Build deeper, healthier relationships
  • Live a more authentic and meaningful life

In short: Mosaic Counseling Services offers a thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based approach that honors your story, supports your healing, and empowers you to move forward with greater clarity and connection.
