We offer specialized individual, couples, and family therapy. Our therapists utilize evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Discernment Counseling to support your unique healing journey.
Our physical office is located at 54 North 9th Street, Suite 260, Noblesville, IN 46060. In addition to in-person sessions, we offer teletherapy for clients who are physically located in Indiana and Florida.
We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. This allows us to protect your confidentiality, diagnose authentically, and give you control over the duration of your sessions. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Our self-pay rates vary depending on the educational level, experience, and post-graduate training of the clinician. Rates range from $30 per 50-minute session with our Graduate Counseling Interns to $250 with our Founder/Executive Director.
We are open 7 days a week to accommodate your schedule. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
EMDR Intensives are personalized, extended therapy sessions designed to support quicker symptom relief. EMDR helps individuals process negative feelings and changes how traumatic memories are stored, producing faster results than standard weekly sessions.
We offer 1-Day and 2-Day EFT Couples Intensives. This longer, focused format is designed for couples who want to break negative cycles and develop a more secure, connected relationship in a much shorter period of time.
Discernment Counseling is a structured, compassionate process for couples on the brink of separation. It provides the clarity and direction needed to decide whether to repair, redefine, or respectfully end the marriage.
This is a focused, extended therapy experience integrating EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS). It provides the time and space to gently build safety and reprocess traumatic experiences at a pace that honors your nervous system.
